Shipping Policy

Please note that at Yayatown, all taxes are already included in the total order price. We do not collect additional taxes from any customer.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the following regions:

• Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military bases)
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• Philippines

Please note that shipping is not available to certain remote or excluded areas within these countries, such as the Canadian Northern Territories (Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon), UK Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands, Isle of Man), and specific islands/regions in the Philippines. Deliverability is subject to carrier coverage and will be confirmed at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery Times:

• Continental United States: Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• International (UK, Canada, Philippines): Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders totaling $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders under $59.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $2.99.
• International orders: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the destination and order weight/size. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:
We work with different carriers based on the shipping address. Our partners include:

• U.S. Domestic: UPS, USPS, FedEx, YunExpress, and others
• International: YunExpress, USPS, and other regional partners

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Yayatown is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.
